Welcome to Trika Yoga in Rishikesh! Trika - Rishikesh teaches the classic program from the beginners’ First Level Intensive Course through the 14^th level course. From there, we encourage our students to continue their studies under the direct guidance of Swami Vivekananda in Thailand.

Students may join Trika’s First Level Intensive Course at any time, and may repeat any days at no extra charge. A student’s completion of course level 1 entitles him or her to a Trika Yoga achievement certificate (please note this is not a teacher’s training certificate). Trika’s Yoga training programs are registered with both Yoga Alliance and the International Yoga Federation.

It is necessary for a student to complete 13 full days of level one to be qualified to continue with level 2. If a student has not fully completed all 24 days of level one, they are required to do so while attending level 2.

Trika is willing to offer any level up to the 14^th. A minimum of 5 students is needed in order to offer the course. At the moment we offer upper levels upon request, and in the future we will have them scheduled throughout the year.
